  1. Deletion and blocking of personal data after the fulfilment of the intended purpose

We process and store personal data only for as long as this is necessary for the fulfilment of the intended purpose, however no longer than until the expiration of the statutory retention periods.

In the event of fulfilment of the intended purpose and expiration of the statutory retention periods, personal data is deleted or blocked in accordance to data protection regulations.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you shall have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular, at the Member State of your place of residence, employment or the place of the alleged infringement, if you believe that the processing of the personal data concerning you violates the GDPR.
